見ているつもりでよく観察ができてない　反省。
今日もへんな事案ばかり、気になる。

岡田外務大臣はクリントンとの会談を申し入れたが取りやめたとのこと
どうも、普天間の件や日米同盟についての鳩山氏の発言で米国は日本に対して
疑問をもち始めているらしい。
2005年10月29日の2+2（日本国　町村外務大臣、大野防衛庁長官　米国　ライス国務長官
ラムズフェルド国防長官）の4名は
「日米同盟　未来のための変革と再編」で
最初の　概観　Overviewで以下のように文書を作成している

Today,the SCC members reaffirmed their shared view of the security enviroment,in which new and
emerging threats have surfaced sa common challenges that can affect the security of nations worldwide,
including the U.S. and Japan.
They also reemphasized the persistent challenges in the Asia-Pacific region that create unpredictability and uncertainty and underscored the need to pay attention to modernization of military
capabilities in the region.
In this context, both sides reiterated their commitment to work closely together to pursue the regional
and global common strategic objectives identified in their February 19,2005 Joint Statement.

それを　白紙にもどすいうことになると..米国も　ちょっと考えるのではないかな..どうなるか？
小浜氏はほんとに来日するのかなあ..
